Tulsa, OK, is a city in the U.S. state of Oklahoma and the county seat of Tulsa County. It is situated on the Arkansas River in northeast Oklahoma. As of the 2010 census, the population was 391,906, making it the second-largest city in Oklahoma after Oklahoma City. The Tulsa Metropolitan Area has a population of 937,478.
Tulsa is the principal city of the Green Country region of Oklahoma and contains the Osage Hills and the Arkansas River Valley, which are home to two of Oklahoma’s major mountain ranges, the Ozark Mountains and the Ouachita Mountains.
